About	Norma D. Larsen, 73 years of Fremont passed away Sunday Oct. 20, 2013 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE. Norma was born Aug. 12, 1940 in Council Bluffs, IA to Norman and Doris Irene (Lewis) Carter. She was born and raised in Council Bluffs, IA and was a 1959 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. Norma married Wayne Larsen May 29, 1960 at Council Bluffs, IA. after her marriage she moved to North Bend, NE. In 1977 they came to Fremont. She worked at Campbells Soup in Fremont for 18 years prior to their closing. She was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Fremont and was a 2 time cancer survivor. Survivors include her husband Wayne Larsen of Fremont; son Ron Larsen and wife Patricia of Fremont; daughters Carol Kelly of Fremont and Sandra Copple of Hooper; brothers, James Carter and wife Donna of Emery, SD and Norm Carter and wife Lynda of Wrightwood, CA; sisters, Jacque Almodovar and husband Al of North Bend, OR and Vicki Berry and husband Chuck of Gresham 4 grandchildren, Wayne R. Larsen and wife Irish, Travis E. Larsen and wife Sierra, Alicia Appling and husband Rick and Cassandra Miller and 2 great grandchildren, Isobel Appling and Dominic Larsen. Norma was preceded in death by her parents and step mother. Funeral service will be 1:30 P.M. Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Rev. Will Prusia will officiate. Visitation will be on Wednesday form 5-8 P.M. and on Thursday from 11-1:30 all at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Memorials may be given to the family. Moser Memorial Chapel 2170 N.
