About	Mandina, Thomas C. Oct 13, 1954 - Jan 29, 2015 Thomas C Mandina was born in Omaha, NE to Josephine Bates Mandina. Lived in Council Bluffs and Omaha. Attended school at Edison and Thomas Jefferson in Council Bluffs. After school he moved to Tulsa, OK and attended Oral Roberts University. He returned to Council Bluffs and worked as a commercial salesman for Metal Door and Hardware and Omaha Door and Window. Tom married Karen Goodwin from Hastings, IA in 2002 and obtained the family he had been longing for. He is survived by his wife; son, Scott Jones; daughter, Cindy Jones; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, Elle Jones Martinez and husband, Agustin, with two children, Audrina and Agustin Jr., Jasmine Jones and son, Easton, Tina Jones, Marcus Jones and Morgan Jones; his brother, Vince Mandina and wife, Lynn, Sandy OR; his sister, Ruth and husband, Jon Betcher, Victoria MN; several nieces and nephews; friends and other family. Tom was a member of the Living Faith Church of the Nazarene, Ralston NE. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Clifford and Freda Bates, Thomas and Mary Mandina; his brother at birth, David Mandina. Tom passed away in his home after a brave fight with cancer. Tom's Memorial Service will be Monday, February 2nd, 10am at Living Faith Church of the Nazarene, located at 6718 S. 83rd Ave. Ralston NE 68127 (corner of South 84th St and Harrison St. Omaha). Bereavement luncheon following in Church basement. Burial will be at a later date.
