Fred is survived by his wife, Ann Birch; parents, Charles Sr. and Annie Floyd; siblings, Dr. James Floyd, PhD (Sonya), E.J. Floyd (Traci), Curt Floyd (Rose), Ronald Floyd, Linda Harmon (Billy), Maurice Floyd, Brian Floyd, David Harmon, and Elaine Matlock (Terry); and a host of other family and friends.
