About	Roger L. Davis, age 45, of Council Bluffs, passed away in Saint Charles, Ill., on March 11, 2011. He was born in Council Bluffs, on January 23, 1966, to Virgil and Betty Wright Davis and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and attended Iowa Western Community College to become a computer technician. That is where he met the love of his life Julia Ann Stuhr. They were married June 9th, 1990. Three children were born, Sharron Lee, Maureen Ann and Randy Lee. When not working Roger loved to play his fiddle and guitar. He was teaching his son Randy to play the guitar and they were also building a Amp. Roger is part of the Musicians Hall of Fame. Roger is preceded in death by parents, Virgil and Betty Davis; daughter, Sharron Lee Davis; and sister, Sharron Lee Davis; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Alvin and Norma Stuhr; brother-in-law, Tom Nelson. Survivors include his wife, Julia Ann Davis; daughter, Maureen Ann Davis; and son, Randy Lee Davis; sister, Cindy VanPatter (Mike); and nephew, Brian James Allen, all of Council Bluffs; sister-in-law, Margaret Nelson, of Adair, Iowa; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rich and Candy Stuhr, of Massena, Iowa; other nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services Saturday, 11 a.m., all at the Funeral Home. Interment Walnut Hill, with luncheon to follow at American Legion Hall. Family will direct memorials.
