About	Forsythe, Russell Ora, Jr. Russ was born in Omaha on June 14, 1955 and grew up in Carter Lake, IA. He died on July 4th in Grand Island, NE while battling cancer. Russ was 56 years old. He is preceeded in death by father, Russell Forsythe, and survived by wife Lori Forsythe of Grand Island; children: Noland, Taylor, and Richard Forsythe of Grand Island, Mandalyne Forsythe and Jaclyn Davis of Omaha; mother, Lora Forsythe of Carter Lake; brother, Craig Forsythe of Carter Lake; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Dave Walton of Omaha; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Dan Van Houten of Council Bluffs; and granddaughter Shaelynne DiMauro. Rusty, as his mother lovingly referred to him, was an avid reader whose love, humor, and intelligence will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at BT's Lounge in Grand Island, Friday July 8, 5-7pm .
