About	Owen, 45, Shelby, died October 18, 2000. SHELBY -- Debra S. Owen, 45, Shelby, died Wednesday, Oct. 18 at the University of Nebraska Hospital in Omaha. Services were held Saturday, Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m. at the AHST Middle School in Shelby with burial in the Silver Valley Cemetery at Hancock. Owen is survived her husband, William, of Shelby; children Douglas of Omaha and Tyler, Wade, Kylee and James, all of Shelby; her father, Arnold Tatreau, of Tekamah, Neb. and her mother, Viola Foley, of Tekamah; seven brothers and sisters -- Michael (Joan) Tatreau of Wisner, Neb., Carol Hitzfeld of Omaha, Arnold (Donna) Tatreau of Tekamah, Kelly (Brett) Tatreau-Smith of Springfield, Neb., Kitty (Richard) Ethen, Randy Tatreau and Dorene (David) Cozad, all of Omaha; nieces and nephews.
