About	Rocky C. Armstrong Funeral for Rocky Charles Armstrong, 46, of Council Bluffs will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at McCurdy Funeral Home, with the Rev. Roger Zieg officiating. Mr. Armstrong died January 24 at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital. He was born in Council Bluffs and graduated in 1971. Survivors include a daughter, Candy Koch, of Omaha; two sons, Tony Lang and Troy Teager, both of Council Bluffs, his parents, Bill and Anna Block, of Council Bluffs; three sisters, Sharon Carter and husband Bob, of Council Bluffs; Sheila Heeb and Husband, Randy, and Kristy Stick and husband, Gary, all of Omaha; a brother, Dean, and wife, Pam of Omaha; nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be tonight from 6 - 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, in Omaha.
