Byron L. Lee, age 76, passed away February 3, 2024, at his home in Council Bluffs, IA.
He was born November 20, 1947, to the late Harry and Irene (Ruby) Lee in Council Bluffs. Byron graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1965. He married Vickie La Chappell April 30, 1971. Byron was a longtime Flour Blender for Conagra Foods. He enjoyed his carpentry.
Preceded in death along with parents; wife, Vickie; daughter, Sandi Manning; 5 sisters.
Survived by grandson, Cody Doss; brother, Marvin Lee; sister, Shirley Watts; many nieces and nephews; many other loving family and friends.
Service Thursday 10:00 a.m. at the Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Visitation Wednesday 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Interment Garner Township Cemetery. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
