About	Peggy M. Dailey, age 81, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away Sunday May 6, 2012. Peggy was born in Council Bluffs, on July 5, 1930, to Matthew and Edna Scott Elder and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1947. She was united in marriage to James S. Dailey, and spent the next 41 years together as a devoted wife and mother before his passing in 1998. Peggy served as a Lab technician and was a longtime member of Timothy Lutheran Church. Her hobbies included gardening, cards and most of all her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, as well husband James; half sister, Bette Snapp; and twin grandchildren, Claire and Nicholas Morse. Peggy is survived by daughters, Amy Panesar and husband, Inderjit, Cindy Morse and husband, Jeff, all of Council Bluffs; 5 grandchildren, Zach and Josh Marshall, Joshua, Jared and Emily Morse; brother, Matt Elder, of Council Bluffs; nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family Wednesday, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Timothy Lutheran Church. Funeral service Thursday, 10:30 a.m., also at Timothy Lutheran. Pastor Michael Petri, officiant. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery followed by a luncheon at the Cutler-O'Neill Walnut Hill Reception Center, 1350 East Pierce Street. Family has suggested memorials to Timothy Lutheran Church.
