Thomas graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He was preceded in death by his father, George. Thomas is survived by his mother, Mary Jo; sister, Lisa (Will) Dang; brothers, David (Lori) and James (Daphane) Collins; many nieces, nephews and family. Graveside service, 3 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Crescent Cemetery.
