Thomas Patrick Collins, age 58, of Council Bluffs, passed away March 14, 2023. He was born on September 7, 1964, in Council Bluffs, to George and Mary Jo (Bellamy) Collins. Thomas graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He was preceded in death by his father, George. Thomas is survived by his mother, Mary Jo; sister, Lisa (Will) Dang; brothers, David (Lori) and James (Daphane) Collins; many nieces, nephews and family. Graveside service, 3 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Crescent Cemetery.
