Truly was born on October 15, 1954 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to the late Carl and Irene Slendy.
Truly was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Penny; brother, Buddy; aunt, Gladys Wiepert.
Truly is survived by 3 daughters, Angie Walker, Brandi (Doug) Nice, Chris Forde; son, Jimmy Chew; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; son-in-law, Rich Walker; several nieces, nephews and other relatives; beloved cat, Sissy.
