In the 1990's he returned to the York County School Division, where he had begun in 1960, and retired from Tabb High School, while teaching Latin, in 2003. He will be missed forever by his family, who loved him so much. He will also be missed by his constant companion and friend, Daisy, his dog. Charlie will be in our hearts forever.
