About Me	I gained Associate in Science from mott Community College in 1977, then went to work at Dow Corning Corporation in Midland, MI and completed my BS Chemistry while working full-time. I met a New Zealander there who worked for Dow Chemical. He returned to the southern hemisphere, and I followed him first to Melbourne, Australia, then we came to live in NZ in Feb 1982. I have held numerous positions in Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance roles, then started pursuing more skills to train people and found I really enjoyed developing people and working with the human element of management and leadership. I have been self-employed (for the second time) since mid-2003 and have now reached the stage where i'm starting to make plans to bring others into my business.
