About	Age 40, died Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Genesys Health Systems. Lisa was a beloved daughter of Thomas Sammon, Mustang, Oklahoma and Daryl Baker of Swartz Creek, Michigan and Ron Baker (stepfather) of Swartz Creek, Michigan. She is survived by son, Dustin Kohn of Burton, Michigan and many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Lisa was a Registered Nurse for many years in the Flint, Michigan area and was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School and Mott Community College. Cremation has taken place and her ashes will be interned at Pine Grove Cemetery in Davison, Michigan.
