Pat Klingensmith

Class of 1992

Pat was an exceptional athlete and a temendous person. He participated in football and track. When he graduated he held two school football records one for most touchdowns in a season (13 in 1991) and most rushing touchdowns in a career (17). He was also a member of the schools 4x100 meter relay team that at the time held the school record for time. He was a three time letter winner in both sports. He obviously was better know for his acomplishments on the football field. He went on to play football for Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. Pat was a great athlete and deserves the honor of being elected into the school's Hall of Fame for his acompllishments on the football field. Pat was the picture of a Struthers football player was. He was a very hard worker and always displayed the desire to make Struthers football as successful as he could. He was a great team player and never put himself above the team. Please consider Pat in your decsion of atheletes to induct into the schools Hall of Fame, I know he would be truely honored as would the school for placing such a great person into the Hall of Fame.
