Shield from Class of '48 appearing on what looks to be a background made of cordoroy. . . initial DJV on inside of rim

It's been awhile since I last saw it but the basic face of the ring was ridged sort of like corduroy while the saints emblem was super-imposed on the top of that with 1948 showing in some format. Engraved with DJV on the inside of the ring

Ring from the Class of 1948 - Lost in Florida. . . Initials DJV on the inside . . Emblem on face shaped like a shield and set on a sort of corrigated back ground with St. Charles High School in black. May have also referenced it being in Illinois, Sorry can't be more specific but it has been awhile since I have seen it and just hoping that tho the finder couldn't locate me that they returned it to the high school
