I was selected to be part of the skeleton crew of the USS Enterprise 1961, and served onboard for 4our years. We tested and approved all the machinery on board, and must have done a great job as she lasted 57 years before being decommissioned. I retired from the navy in 1980.

Sean is an underwater mine clearance technician stationed onboard USS AVENGER in Ingleside, TX. He has been on deployment to the Arabian Gulf in support of the Global War on Terrorism, and is leaving in May, 2009 for a 13 month deployment to Japan and the Far East.
