Class of 1977
Army, 20+ Years
Enlisted in 1984 as an Airborne Infantry soldier. Served in the 82nd Airborne Division (A CO 2/225 IN BN.) Graduated with honors from the Michigan Military Academy in Battle Creek, MI. Served in several duty stations in Panama, Paraguay, and all over Latin America and the Caribbean. One 12 month tour of duty in Afghanistan in 2007-08. Currently statione in the Washington DC area.

Our Sparta High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Sparta High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated. All of us in Sparta are proud of our military alumni and want to thank them for risking their lives to protect our country!
