Class of 1978

Mark A. Martin, P.E., Senior Project Manager - Rail for HDR Engineering, was the Project Manager for the Design Team and the Resident Engineer for the BNSF Construction Management Team on the Tower 55 Multimodal Improvement Project in Fort Worth. The project has been honored with 2 national awards to date and has been nominated for 2 others. It has won the 2015 Chairman's Award from the American Association of State Highway & Transportation Officials (AASHTO) in addition to the 2015 W. W. Hay Award for Excellence to the BNSF Railway, Union Pacific Railroad and HDR Engineering by the Association of Railroad and Maintenance-of-Way Engineers (AREMA).
