About Me	Founded TRI Leadership Resources, LLC in Jacksonville, OR. TRI is a nationwide firm of more than 50 team members who specialize in training, speaking, events, projects, and association management. Spent 12 glorious years in Southern California after SMHS where I graduated from Pepperdine and expanded TRI into a national firm. We helped raise over $2 million for charity, did the grand opening for a Disney theme park, and produced more than 50 events each year. Met my wife and business partner Carrie Underwood in 2002 and were married in Tulsa, OK. I relocated to Oklahoma were we continued to expand our business. This led event and initiative management projects for the White House and federal agenencies like USDA, Department of Justice, Education, Interior, and Health and Human Services.
