Dear Classmate: The plans are being finalized for our 45-year class reunion. Please be sure to mark your calendar for August 4th and please send in your reservation as soon as possible. We hope to make this our only mailing. Deadline for reservations is July14th. If you have email, please send the info to wsbspfld@insight.rr.com or shsclassof67@hotmail.com so we can reduce costs of future reunions. This will be an exciting afternoon/evening, so come prepared to play some games, line dance and walk down memory lane with your classmates. Reunion Program – August 4th, 2012 The scheduled plans are: Friday - August 3rd 8:00 AM - Golf Outing to be determined Friday - August 3rd 7:00 - 9:00 PM -Tour of Heritage Center (Clark County Historical Museum) Saturday - August 4th 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Gathering, Dinner and Reunion Program at Union Club Picnic Grounds Saturday - August 4th 6:00 PM - Dinner, Reunion Program and Door Prizes. Lee’s Fried Chicken, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Slaw, Iced Tea, Los Mariachi’s Taco Bar, Rice, Beans, Chips Saturday - August 8:30 – 11:00 PM - Music presented by TBD. Be sure not to miss out on the fun, seeing old friends and reminiscing. If you plan to attend the dinner at Union Club Picnic Grounds is 3568 St Paris Pk. Springfield, Ohio the cost is $27.00 per person payable in advance. This entitles you to all of the evening’s reunion activities. RAFFLE - We will be selling raffle tickets with the proceeds going to a scholarship fund with a goal of $500. The cost will be 5 for $1, 15 for $2 and table length for $5. GOLF ANYONE -We will be holding a golf outing on Friday starting at 8:00 AM for anyone wishing to play. We have not finalized where we will play or what the cost is but we will notify anyone who replies to Walt. NEED A PLACE TO STAY You may be able to get better Hotel pricing via the internet so I would check there first. Fairfield Inn on W. First St at 937-323-9554. has held 12 rooms for us at the price of $85.00 & tax for 2 Queens, their number is 937-323-8631. When you call mention South High Class of 67 to get the special rates they have given us. These is another one nearby on W. First St., Country Suites on W. First Street call 937-322-2200.
