About Me	My first career upon completion of college was centered on natural resources public ploicy at the local, county, regional, state and federal levels working in both hte public and private sectors. After 14 years I reinvented myself, emerging as chef and caterer in Chicago. I'm about 75% retired, but have established a small vineyard in SW Michigan to take up the slack.
