| About Me | My wife, Julie and I married somewhat late for the time and will celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2023. We had a wonderful time bringing up our kids in Damascus, Maryland. Damascus is a wonderful community full of good, hard working folks chasing the American Dream. All good things must come to an end though and we moved in 2018 to New Market, Maryland in preparation for retirement. We enjoyed our time in New Market, but our home was ill suited for growing old and having our kids and grandkids come to celebrate family occasions. We now live in Columbia, Maryland in an over 55 community. We think that this will do the trick for many years... I retired in 2018 after 34 years with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. We provided imagery and mapping support for the warfighter and senior decision makers. I had a good career and found government service harder than I ever thought, but very rewarding.
