Heather Mari Hicks (Nov. 24, 1951 – Dec. 15, 1991): Heather Mari Hicks passed away suddenly from a brain aneurysm in her home in Taos, NM. She was a member of the “Concerned Citizens for Nuclear Safety.” She is survived by her husband, Bradley C. Hockmeyer; her son Jeremy Burger of PA; her daughter Erin Burger of PA; her brothers Alexander Hicks of MD and Timothy Hicks of PA; her sisters Miranda Hicks of NM, Holly Hicks of VA, Hanna Hicks of MD, Katherine Hicks of MD; and a stepson Amos Hockmeyer of NM. A memorial service is scheduled for 12:00 noon, Saturday, Dec. 21, 1991, at the family home, 1556 Weimer Road, Taos, NM. The family respectfully requests that contributions be made to "Concerned Citizens for Nuclear Safety.” Arrangements are through McGee Memorial Chapel Mortuary, 1320 Luisa Street, Santa Fe, NM.
