About	EDWARD PETERSON (1951-2022): Deeply saddened to pass along news of the passing of former BVFD Firefighter Eddie Peterson on Thursday night. Eddie was a dedicated volunteer who loved the BVFD and continued in the fire service after moving from the area. He went on to serve as Fire Chief for the Poestenkill Volunteer Fire Company. He will be missed by many. We are grateful for his service and mourn his loss. Yes, he did pass away last Thursday. He was in a nursing rehab for a couple years from a stroke. He never regained enough to be independent. His health took a turn for the worse a copy months ago and he was under hospice care for a couple weeks.
