Class of 1997

Jason Reese was a starter on the University of Kansas bowling team for three seasons, from 2001-2004. He was a starter on the varsity squad for two years. During that time they bowled the highest team game and 3-game series in the nation in 2003. They also recorded the second highest team 3-game series in college bowling history. In 2003 they recorded the nation's second high team game and team 3-game series. In both 2003 and 2004 Jason helped the Jayhawks to a birth in the National Collegiate Bowling Championships, which they won in 2004. Jason has also won 3 state scratch bowling titles, and bowled 3 perfect 300 games. Recently, Jason organized a team to attempt the Guinness World Record for most pins knocked down in 24 hours. His team broke the record, but is currently waiting for official confirmation from Guinness. In addition to his bowling accomplishments, Jason is a National Academic All-American (2003), an Eagle Scout (1997), and earned a Bachelor's (2001) and Master's Degree (2004).
