Shasta High Class of 1975, it is time for us to gather again and celebrate our 45th year out of high school. We have locked down Saturday night, September 26 at the Redding Elks Lodge. We are renting a room for the night from 5pm - 11pm, the cost to attend will be $10 per person to cover the $800 rental insurance and cleaning charge. It will be casual dress. We had good success with a potluck the last time so feel free to bring food for people to snack on. Finger foods are fine. The Elk's Lodge bar will be available to purchase (cash only) soda and adult beverages.
For out of towners, come to Redding and spend a few days. Redding has grown to over 90,000 people, the metro area is now almost 180,000, and there are plenty of accommodations from modest to upper end depending on what you like. Come see the Sundial Bridge, Shasta Caverns, we have had good snowpack years so lakes and reservoirs are full, fishing is great and there are lots of places to hike, ride your bike, and golf.
