Chuck died at Mayo Health Center in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, after fighting leukemia for many years. He leaves sister Lois Leighton and nephews R.C. Keefer and Brad Pike in Redding and wife, two daughters and three grandsons in Michigan. Predeceased by brother Ed, parents Frieda and Henry, wife Kathy.
