1943-1946 in the Seabees - - Central Pacific.

Do you have the address of a current relative of Richard F. Morgan? I have a photocopy of a Dollar Bill (Series 1935) that he may have signed as a "Short Snorter," a token of friendship between friends during World War II. I would like to send the photo copy to his desendents. (I am taking the chance that Mr. Morgan may have been the one who signed the Certificate. An important clue is the location he noted on the Certificate: aboard ship in the Pacific Ocean 16 degrees, 20 minutes North and 110 degrees, 10 minutes West.)
