| About Me | After high school I tried many different jobs in Orange County. In the 70's this included: * Door to door peddling of Encyclopedia Britannica.and selling family picture portraits at another time. *Drying cars at the Lin-Brook Car Wash. *Tending to the snack bar at the Highway 39. Drive-in. *Nighttime custodian with a janitorial service. *Assembly at the RB Furniture plant in Irvine. *Cooking at the Sambos on 17th Street in Santa Ana. Then I got serious and worked in an Irvine concern as a machinist for nearly five years. I was also studying part time and I earned an AA in Liberal Arts from Orange Coast College in 1984. After I graduated from college, life became better! Things also turned around in the 80’s because I met my future wife at a Costa Mesa church youth group.
