| Favorite School Memory | Too many to list them all but here's one: Driving my car (a fill-up was $8) to the Football games at Wilson Stadium and watching the games and the cute guys with my friends. |
| About Me | I took a year off after high school, then I went back to school with no real aim, so I just took some basic classes. However other than knowing I had a passion for science, I really didn't know what to do with it. So I quit to take on a really cool job in the airline industry. However I found myself totally board out of my mind while I was working, but having a fabulous time exploring the world. It was a hard decision to make, but I finally decided to quit my job of almost 13 years to go back to school at CNM. I decided on nursing, but when I started taking classes, I was reminded of my forgotten love of science. I took s Biotechnology seminar last term as an exploratory course, and found that it wasn't like being in school nor like working - it was pure fun. I feel rejuvenated and now know that leaving my relatively secure boring airline job was indeed the best decision I could make. I just started the Biotech Program at CNM in May 2008...(read more) |
