| About Me | Worked, played, went to school, graduated a few times, hiked, showered, got stuck in the mud, slid off a couple of roads, discovered talents and abilities, had some surgical tune-ups on an ankle, a knee, two wrists, overcame pain, endured pain, figured out how to avoid pain, climbed mountains, rapelled off a cliff, gone on a cruise, felt REALLY sorry for the people stuck on islands who were poor and had restricted food, water... lives, taught college level classes in biology, environmental biology, plant kingdom, field botany, had a student e-mail me that he developed swine flu just 5 days after our last class, saw my border collie thru a surgery, send children off on missions, to get married, to live happily after, gone paragliding with my son the paragliding instructor at the Point of The Mountain State Paragliding/Hangliding park... and I'd do it again in a heartbeat in spite of being terrified of rid...(read more) |
