| About Me | I have retired from three different careers in the fire service. CDF and or Cal Fire, Nuclear Fire Protection, Fire Chief/Fire Marshall -Diablo Canyon, PG&E and Fire Chief - City of Guadalupe. Also taught Environmental technology at Allan Hancock. for five years. Moved to Silver City, New Mexico in 2008. Joined the Tyrone Volunteer Fire & rescue Department. I have become the dept. training/Safety officer and one of the station chiefs at one of their six stations. (TVFD is the largest volunteer fire departments in new Mexico,120 members and we cover 1500 square miles) In my spare time my hobbies include cooking, ham operator, and my astronomy.
