About Me	Whats people's impression of church? Just look in the mirror? I have been in some form of ministry for close to 22 years. I have founded three separate organizations that I am pleased to say have continued after God allowed me to have a part and birthed in my heart. Teen Challenge Academy, Boise Idaho 1995 to Present " A Christian Academy located in Boise, Idaho which specializes in dealing with students who have life controlling problems " Teen-Hope USA, Harlingen Texas, 1998 to Present " This is a ministry that deals with at risk and troubled youth by providing counseling, support, community service and school presentations. " IMPACT Texas, Houston Texas, 2008 to Present. " A ministry within the New Covenant Presbytery of The Presbyterian Church. IMPACT is an Acronym which stands for IGNITING and MOBILIZING a PRESBYTERIAN ARMY of CHRISTIAN TEENS. It is a Youth Summer Missions Project that strives to see students live out their faith in practical ways. It is modeled after the very successful ministry of UM ARMY and BIG HOUSE within the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. In relation to relationships By God's design, a man is a cultivator and is wired in such a way that he is driven to work and to work hard. At times, the things that he loves most will war against him, but he is called to continually, lovingly pursue his career, his wife, and his children just as Christ pursues His own bride. There is not a more clear picture of God's pursuit of us. I desire a woman who understands this and wants to be a living example of such truth. (Genesis 1:28, 3:17) I've previously filled this profile with things that might convince someone I'm worth marrying. Well- here's the deal. I'm not. No one is. My failures out number the stars and any good in me is God's grace. My worth is not defined by someone desiring to be in a relationship with me and praise God for His infinite wisdom and how He has revealed this truth to me. (Colossians 3:3) I still long to wake up next to a woman who is "my own" and passionately live life by her side. While these desires don't define me, I am confident that they are just a natural part of His design. HERE IS WHAT I BELIEVE GOD WANTS FROM ME: Here is how much i think God wants from us: The truth is, He want everything in a man. What does "everything" mean to God? He is looking for 3 very basic characteristics, which will in turn define a man's character. 1: A heart for God. 2. A heart for others. 3. Uncompromising faithfulness. About #1: This means I'm looking for a man who loves Me with passion and consistency. It must define him as a person. About #2: This one's self-explanatory, and He will be able to tell when I look in his heart About #3: Faithfulness is of the utmost importance to me. It goes hand-in-hand with the first two things on the list also. Faithfulness is not just in action, but in everything one thinks about, looks at, and listens to.
