Sarah Janes

Class of 1987

Sarah Janes is a 1987 graduate of Salmen High and an honor graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in anthropology, with emphasis on pre-med and Spanish. In 2003 she hiked the 2,650-mile length of the Pacific Crest Trail from Maine to the Canadian border. The hike raised money for a family of disadvantaged children and 100 percent of the funds benefited “Trekking for Children.”
