Claire Popovich
Class of 2001
Claire Popovich is a 2001 graduate of Salmen High and a 2005 summa cum laude graduate of the University of New Orleans. Popovich graduated UNO with a BA in History. As a student at UNO, Popovich received the 2004-05 Dean’s Award, the Edward M. Socola Award, and UNO Women’s Club Outstanding Woman Graduate Award for the College of Liberal Arts, the Early Achievement Scholarship by the UNO International Alumni Association, the Joseph Logsdon Scholarship for Excellence in Historical Studies, and the Academic Excellence Award by the UNO Honors Program.
