Richard was an assistant general manager for Chili's Restaurant in Daytona Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Polk of Ocala, FL; mother Ann (Wayne) Johnson of Salina, KS; father, Rick (Penny) Rollins, Deltona, FL; son, Brayden Rollins of Ocala; daughter, Megan Polk of Ocala; brother, Joe Rollins of Salina, KS; step-brother Joe Pinkerton of Cromwell, IN; and best friend, James "Jim" Rushing of Debary, FL.

Services will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 SE Silver Springs, FL 34470.
