About Me	Employed by Heck's Inc for 7 years while attending High School and College. Employed by the State of WV for 41 Years 7 Months working for Highways, Development Office , and the Dept of Admin - Division of Personnel. I'm a recent retiree from the State. I retired on 1/1/11 and I'm loving every minute of it.
