About Me	I started school in Holbrook NY at First grade in Grundy Ave.Prior to then I lived in different places with my Parents where my Fathers active Army placements were in Texas, Pennsylvania and Heidelberg Germany. I continued school through the 11th grade and finished in Venice Florida. I got married in Alabama in 1972 to William H Forbes (Billy), also from Holbrook and both of us joined the Army. I joined in 1976 as a Chaplains Assistant and ended it after four years in 1980. I was stationed at Fort Bragg three years and Nuremberg Germany for one year. I became employed with the USPS in 1981 and held various positions until my final position of Training Technician until I retired in November of 2009. My Husband and I loved to go to the beach and we did a lot of sailing before we adopted our Daughter Jessica when we switched from a Rival sail boat to a Stingray motor boat.
