Debra A. Mathews, 53, of Rushville, passed away at 3 AM Monday, March 29, 2010 at her residence.
Debra was born September 4, 1956 in Rushville, IN to William Lee and Dorothy (Owens) Jarman. She was married to Robert Earl Sullivan, he preceded her in death on September 25, 1982.
Debra worked several years as a CNA at Millers Merry Manor & the Flatrock River Lodge. She also did janitorial work at RCHS. She was a Toys for Tots advocate and 1974 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School.
She leaves behind a grandmother, Dorothy Opal Owens, her mother, Dorothy Jarman, sons, Aaron & wife Christiana Gurley, Justin R. Sullivan and Cody & fiance' Bayley Lundy Mathews all of Rushville, brothers, Joseph & wife Barb Jarman of Lake Santee and Kevin Lee Jarman & Dana Wilson of Rushville. Grandchildren, Preston Robert Sullivan, Liam Douglas Gurley, Chevy Rose Tomilson and Serenity Ann Mathews.
In addition to her husband and father, she was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Owens. Pastor Jerry Holdman will preside.
