Provide oversight of all training activities, USPACOM/USARPAC TSCP exercise support (Garuda Shield, Yama Sakura, KR, UFG, Cobra Gold, Balikatan), deployments (OIF, OEF, JSOTFP, KFOR) and support to contingency operations. Manage the Civil Affairs BDE staff ensuring all functions are synchronized during training and operations to meet the commander's intent. Oversee the full-time management of administrative support to the Soldiers within the brigade. Assist in shaping the BDE's capabilities to meet the requirements of USARPAC and USPACOM
