Roger and Margaret (Buckmaster) Smith - class of 1977 - high school sweethearts, were married on January 13, 2013. With a Master's degree from Eastern Washington University in Public Administration and having worked as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for 10 years, Roger is running for Spokane County Assessor.
