Obituary
Stephen James Kritz was born on September 15, 1958, into the loving arms of Jim and Fran Kritz. Steve was one of seven siblings, those being Rose, Sue, Tina, Ed, Margaret, and Joanne.
Steve met the love of his life, Kim Kritz, at the young age of seventeen. They were married for over forty years and together they had two children. Some of Steve's greatest joys in life were being with his son, Tyler Kritz, and daughter, Dayna Ebner, along with their beautiful families. These joys made Steve's life complete. Along with these joys, Steve took great pride in being blessed with so much family and so many dear friends.
Steve was proud of his service to the City of San Luis Obispo for over 30 years. During this time at the city, he made many friendships along the way. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on his property, surfing, fishing, hunting, helping everyone he knew, and most of all spending time with his family.
Steve will be deeply missed by family, friends, and life here on Earth. We know he will be eagerly waiting with a full heart and open arms when we meet him on the other side.
