About Me	After numerous years with a major restaurant corporation, I decided to start my own company. I now have 2 restaurants and am working on the 3rd. The name of my company is EAT Ventures. EAT = the initials of my kids. My running career is still going. I have run 35 marathons including Boston, New York, London, Chicago and Walt Disney.
