| Favorite School Memory | I remember a very close group of friends, mostly my Athletic teamates. Playing on the 1967 Football team that made it all the way to the State semi-finals and the tremendous support we got from the Student body and community were unforgetable. |
| About Me | After graduation from College, I went to Graduate school at the University of Alabama. I then Coached Track at Alabama for 7 years and became Alabama's first Strength training and Conditionig Coach for Coach Paul "Bear"Bryant. During this time, we won 2 National Football Championships In 1982, we moved to Durham, North Carolina and I became Head Strength Coach for UNC, and overall Director of Athletic Fitness for UNC.
