| About Me | Soren, along with his wife Katie Goodman, is the Co-Author and Co-Director of Broad Comedy, an all-female comedy troupe that tours nationally and internationally, including three-month runs in Los Angeles and Boston, and performances at Caroline's Comedy Club on Broadway. Soren is also the founder of the Equinox Theatre Company where he was the Artistic Director for 14 years, Director of Camp Equinox Summer Theatre Day Camp, an award-winning playwright, and a dad. Soren was also ordained into Thich Nhat Hahn's Zen Buddhist tradition in 2009. Soren and Katie were nominated for the MacArthur Foundation Genius Award for their unique work in theater, and for The White House Project's Emerging Artist Award for challenging the perceptions of women in culture.
