Colonel Reese retired from the United States Army after 25 years as both a non-commissioned and commissioned officer, culminating his career as a Lieutenant Colonel. The Commander of Coalition Forces of Iraq and Afghanistan, General David McKiernan, called Colonel Reese one of the finest “special operators in the modern military,” and I depend on him as a trusted advisor.
Immediately following 9/11, Colonel Reese was selected by the U.S. Secretary of Defense and USSOCOM Commander to serve as the lead advisor for Special Operations to the White House and the Interagency Directors for planning and integration of the United States Elements of National Power for the initial spearhead for Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.

His leadership and energy were instrumental within the “Delta Force,” JSOC and the U.S. Government interagency community for implementing, guiding and leading a complex counter- terrorism strategy that revolutionized interagency operations and developed the modern-day doctrine of U.S. man-hunting.

He founded and led three companies and became a personal advisor to senior business leaders and government officials. In 2019 after 11 years, Colonel Reese sold his flagship service and software companies which attained start-up to a multi-million- dollar service business.
