About	Kristine Magnus Ostrander Born: 10/06/1952 Died: 12/30/2017 Kristine Dolores Ostrander Age 65, of Rice Lake, WI died Saturday December 30, 2017 at her home. She was born on October 6, 1952 to Eugene and Dolores “Dee” (Johnson) Magnus in West Bend, WI. Kristine entered the United States Army and served during the Vietnam Era and was Honorably Discharged in 1975. Kristine received her Associates Degree from UW Barron County Campus in Rice Lake. She was married to Alkis Televandos while she was in the Army and they later divorced, she then was married to Thomas Ostrander on November 3, 1995 and he later preceded her in death. Kristine enjoyed music, playing the guitar, socializing, appreciated art and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her life partner, Richard Knoll of Rice Lake; a daughter, Angela Televandos of Rice Lake; a granddaughter, Alexis; aunt, Bonnie Johnson of Rice Lake; 2 nieces, Stina Denk and Becky Lane; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ostrander; her parents, Eugene and Dolores “Dee” Magnus; a brother, David Magnus and an uncle, Doug Johnson. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Long Lake Lutheran Church in Sarona, WI, Rev. Mary Strom officiating, with interment in the Church Cemetery where Military Rites accorded by the Rice Lake Veteran Honor Guard. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the Funeral Service at the church on Thursday. Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
