About	Cheryl Lynn Stimers, 18, of Rice Lake died in a traffic accident in Barron County on October 24, 1970 following a two car collision on the golf course road shortly before 9 a.m. Miss Stimers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stimers, was a passenger in the car. Miss Stimers was born in Rice Lake on September 24, 1952 and was a graduate of Rice Lake High. She was enrolled this fall at the Rice Lake vocational school and worked part time at the Milk Pail. Cheryl was active in the school band, the ski club, in church activities and was a member of the Barron County Young Republicans. She is survived by her parents, a sister, Mrs. Connie Bourne of Beaufort, South Carolina; one brother, James, of Rice Lake; and her grandmother, Mrs. J.M. Findlay of Proctor, MN.
