About	Rice Lake native, Timothy Conley, 48, of Madison was killed in a traffic accident in northern Dane County, Wisconsin on December 19, 2000. Timothy is the son of Miriam and the late Ed Conley. He graduated in 1977 from the University of Wisconsin Law School. In 1972 he was credited with helping to save the life of a swimmer in Silver Lake. Funeral services were held at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Madison.
